Wake; (fo. ii) list of the contents, written in the 19th century, of a volume ('Vol 3') once in the possession of F.J.H. Jenkinson, from which the present manuscript was taken; (fo. 1v) title-page; (fo. 2) text. Inside front cover is the bookplate of the Earl of Westmorland, 1856.
