In consideration of #204, the master, fellows and scholars of St John's College, Cambridge, lease to John Hall esq of Weston Colville, Cambridgeshire, a farm called Browns with 67 acres of arable land in Weston Colville (reserving timber rights), for 20 years from Michaelmas next, at an annual rent of #6, two quarters of wheat, and two quarters of malt. Clauses regulating aspects of husbandry and against unauthorised alienation. Iindenture, sealed with college seal, duty stamps. With plan of premises.
