The Right Honourable Richard Rigby of Mistley, Essex, releases to Gertrude, Duchess of Bedford, and Robert Palmer of Bloomsbury, Middlesex, certain land in the above parishes, to them and their heirs to the use of them and their heirs for ever. Witnesses: Daniel Beaumont, Thomas Bainbridge. On the back is a receipt for the consideration money signed by Richard Rigby. Witnesses: the same. One seal is attached.
