Administrative / Biographical History

Robert Everard Wainwright (1913-1990) worked as a cadet in the Colonial Service, Kenya,from 1935, was appointed Provincial Commissioner in 1954 and served as Chief Commissioner, 1960-1963. He then retired, only to be appointed ActingAdministrator, Turks and Caicos Islands in 1965.
