Administrative / Biographical History

Uskside Engineering and Rivet Co. Ltd., of Newport, Monmouthshire was founded in 1827 and manufactured engines, pumps, conveyors, coal cutters and other equipment for over 150 years. The company simplified its name to Uskside Engineering Co. in c.1919. The company is now known as Newleco (Uskside) Ltd.
