Administrative / Biographical History

William Henry [Nassau de] Zuylestein, 4th Earl of Rochford (1717-1781) was a statesman. In 1749 he was sent as envoy extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the king of Sardinia. Details are given in the Dictionary of National Biography.
