Largel a collection of cuttings taken from Irish and British newspapers, magazines, etc., largely on Irish political affairs, etc., particularly relating to the troubles in Northern Ireland, 1969-1989. Also some files of newspaper cuttings aboutthe history of Durham university, and also life in Durham generally in the later 20th century.
