Papers of John Jamieson Willis (1872-1960), Bishop of Uganda. Includes photographs of Uganda (20th cent.). Willis was a C.M.S. missionary in Ankole (1900-2), in Entebbe (1902-5), and in Kavirondo (1905-11). He was Archdeacon of Kavirondo and Chaplain to the Bishop of Uganda, 1909-11, and Bishop of Uganda, 1912-34. He was Assistant Bishop to the Bishop of Leicester from 1935 to 1949.
