In consideration of 5s, Zachariah Mart of Cambridge, gent, and Ann his wife, lease a tenement in Preachers St, parish of St Andrew the Great, Cambridge, now or late in the possession of Thomas Bennet esq and Mrs Beard, widow, for one year to Harry Gilman of Cambridge, apothecary, at peppercorn rent, as first stage in process of lease and release.
