Administrative / Biographical History
Dr Frederick B. Bath (fl 1928-38) obtained his doctorate from Cambridge University and until 1928 was an Assistant Lecturer in mathematics at King's College London. He then lectured at the University of Dundee until moving to the University of Edinburgh in 1936. He contributed papers to the Journal of the London Mathematical Society in 1928, 1932 and 1938, and to the same society's Proceedings in 1935.
