Scope and Content

Copies of statutes and other papers. There are 'Memoranda quaedam Logices Artem Spectantia' written from the opposite end of the book (fos 90-63), apparently by Nicholas Stuart, whose name appears on fo. 91v (17th century). On fos 18-19r are notes of Cambridge University and college statutes dated 'Jan 1 1852', in the hand of F.H. Dickinson. On fos 59-63, in the same hand, is an 'Index taken from the Dean of Windsor's copy of the quarto edn of the statutes of 1785 P VI Dec. 31 1851', and notes on the Statutes. On fo. 1v: 'F. H. Dickinson' (19th century), the bookplate of the Duke of Sussex, and a cutting from a bookseller's catalogue, lot '129'. On fo. 2: 'Saml. Sandars Trin. Coll. A. M. London 1888 From Collections of D. of Sussex and F. H. Dickinson writer of '"English Service books 1850"'.
