An edition of the ballad 'Scottish Field' by Miss M.C.G. Hugon from the Percy and Lyme Hall manuscripts, 1903-4; including:

  • a fair copy intended for the press
  • drafts, transcripts and notes for the edition with photographs of the Lyme Hall manuscript
  • and letters to Miss Hugon from Thomas Wodehouse Legh, 2nd Baron Newton, John Wesley Hales and Frederick York Powell.
