'Extract' or Abstract of William Parker's title to a house in Hive End, 'Two Cow Common House', and other lands in Hive End, Croload and elsewhere, manor of Chatteris Ramsey, summarising records of courts from 1741 to 1762. Named parties are: 1. Richard Selby, son of Robert Selby deceased 2. William Parker 3. Edward Adams of March, gent (d c1761) 4. Edward Adams, eldest son of the above Edward Adams (fl 1762). The rents of the various properties are given, the abstract cost Parker 6s 6d, paid 'into Mr Smith's hands'.
