Scope and Content

John Rose of Stutton, Suffolk, having levied a fine sur conusans come ceo with proclamations made to Henry Cremer of Dedham, Essex, of certain land in Bentley, Tattingstone and Capel which was the estate of Richard Rose, deceased, father of John Rose; it is now declared to be the intention of the parties that such fine and other fines shall stand, and that the conuser shall be seised of the lands for the use of John Rose. Witnesses: John Mason, Robert Goslin.
