John Essex of Orsett, Essex, releases to John Fitch of Horndon-on-the-Hill Essex, certain lands in West Tilbury in the occupation of John Fitch. Should John Essex pay a certain sum to John Fitch before a certain date the agreement is void. Witnesses: Margaret Waglet, J. Kinsman. On the back is a memorandum of livery of seisin taken 20 April 1666. Witnesses: J. Kinsman, Thomas Jackson, Robert Shrife.
