Scope and Content

Henry Bradshaw, 'A Half-century of Notes on the Day-Book of John Dorne as edited by F. Madan for the Oxford Historical Society', 32 folios. The volume contains supplementary information upon fifty of the entries in the list of authors and books which appears in Falconer Madan's edition of Dorne's day-book. The notes are preceded by a letter from H. Bradshaw to F. Madan, 30 January 1886, and by a list of the entries illustrated in the notes. They are followed by a supplementary index. Pasted on a fly-leaf at the back is a letter from F. Madan to A. F. Scholfield, 20 April 1929.
