Scope and Content

As part of an agreed settlement to various law suits, Frances Bullen of Barnwell, Cambridgeshire, widow and administratrix of her late husband Henry Bullen, and administratrix of her late father John Forlow, issues hereby a general release to William Woollard Creeke of Cambridge, tailor and robe-maker, from all her legal or equitable claims. The settlement involves the surrender by Bullen to Creeke of a lease of properties in Cambridge by the trustees of Mrs Forrester's charity estate to John Forlow in 1802, the subject of the said dispute. 3 pages, signed and sealed by Bullen, witnessed by John ?Latham of Golden Square, solicitor, and W G Ashton of Cambridge, solicitor, duty stamp. Appended is a memorandum of same date, signed by Creeke and witnessed by Ashton, declaring that the lease mentioned in the agreement has been duly delivered by Bullen to Creeke.
