Henry Tasker, Vicar of Soham, lets to certain persons whose names are subscribed the tithes and dues accrueing from the parish for the term of one year. Should Henry Tasker cease to be vicar during the term and his successor refuse the terms of the agreement, a certain proportion of the rent, to be decided by arbitration, is to be paid to Henry Tasker.
