Administrative / Biographical History
Frank Forster was born in 1910 in Saltney, Cheshire. He was intermittently employed as a casual labourer, having previously worked in horticulture, and as a fitter's mate. With a strong leftwards political consciousness, he was involved in the work of the local Communist Party and the Left Book Club.
