Reversion during lifetime of purchaser to William Say of Downham Market, esq. See also Doc 1826: preliminary lease for a year dated the day previous. Tripartite indenture, signed and sealed by Henry Wilks, witnessed by L Dench and H B Scott, duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for the consideration money, same date, same signatures. Form of indenture supplied by John Smith of Long Acre, parchment-dealer, and Silvester and Co of the Strand, engravers.
