Scope and Content

Collection of fifty loose photographs (some duplicates) measuring approximately 125 x 170 mm of indigenous people, all with typed captions. The images include: 'A tattooed Sakai girl'; 'Girl musicians' 'Dancers'; 'A camp'; 'A Sakai criminal type'; 'Trap for big game'; 'Grave of a Sakai man'; 'Meeting in celebration of King Edward VII's Coronation'; 'Bridal pair'; 'Manufacturing poisoned arrows'; 'Three types of tattooed Bretak Sakai' and 'A primitive method of lighting a fire'.
