Scope and Content

Settlement prior to the marriage between Francis Fuller of Salisbury, a major in HM 101st Foot, and Charlotte Maria Senior of Conduit St, St George Hanover Square, Middlesex, then aged 17, youngest daughter and co-heiress of the late Astanius William Senior, and of Charlotte Senior, also of Conduit St. Charlotte Senior, as guardian to her daughter, the Revd Neville Walter of Berrow, Norfolk, and William Walker esq of Upper Charlotte St, Rathbone Place, Middlesex, are the trustees and third parties to the indenture. Under her father's will, Charlotte Maria Senior stands to inherit a third share in #19,500 invested in government stock, and in her father's estate at Bray, Berkshire. Tripartite indenture, 9 pages, signed and sealed by all parties, witnessed by George Ryley and R Dyneley, clerks to Messrs Dyneley and Bell of Gray's Inn, (for William Walker) by Joseph Jekyll and W Jones, and (for Nevill Walter) by Frances Cooke and [?] Cooke, duty stamps. Parchment supplied by Thomas Druce or Bruce of Staple Inn, Holborn, stationer.
