Administrative / Biographical History
James Milton Robb (d 1944) was the son of Walter Robb. He was a lawyer who worked for the DeWitt Perkins and Ponce law firm in the Philippines. He was married to Monica Cowles Robb and had a daughter, Dollie. During the Second World War he was a USA prisoner-of-war held by the Japanese in the Philippines from December 1941 until his death in December 1944.
