Administrative / Biographical History
Donald Southgate lived with members of the Depree and Southgate families and others at Parford Cottage, Chagford, Devon, during the 1950s. In 1982 he deposited ration books and leaflets relating to inhabitants of this cottage with Dundee University Archives. He worked for the Departments of Modern History at the Universities of St Andrews and Dundee.
