Note

'Sgian Dubh: The Newsletter of the National Movement' was a politico-literary broadsheet published by Major F.C. Boothby. It includes comment, articles, satire and poetry in English and Gaelic relating to the Scottish Nationalist revival of the 1970s. The literary material includes the translation of large parts of Blind Harry’s ‘Wallace’ into modern English.
