It also contains many references to local affairs, events, accidents etc. in the Conwy-Bangor area.

Administrative / Biographical History
Thomas Roberts (1792-1866) was from Conwy in Gwynedd and was postmaster there from 1816 to 1824. He created a family and local history chronicle which was copied by his granddaughter Katherine Webster (1847-1928) who also added entries for the years 1863 to 1870. This copy was transcribed and indexed by Mrs Daphne Webster in October 1987.
