Scope and Content

Three documents :

An account book of particulars of building work and renovations in connection with property at Llandygai, Aber Ogwen and Hirael etc. belonging to the Penrhyn estate, 1821-1822.

A transcript made by John Williams of a translation of The history of the Gwydir family by Sir John Wynn. Translation written by William Williams, Llandygai.

An early 18th century book of Welsh poetry - cywyddau. The copier is unknown although several names appear on the first and last pages. Includes works by Tudur Aled, Sion Tudur, Dafydd Nanmor and many others.
