Administrative / Biographical History

Charles Morgan, the creator of this document, lived at Quay Street, Carmarthen.

The county court in Carmarthenshire, like those throughout the country, deals with Civil litigation before a magistrate or recorder, although small claims are usually settled out of court. The rights and responsibilities of individuals and companies are covered by Civil law.

The court baron enabled the Lord of the Manor to organise the life of the manor.
