Administrative / Biographical History
John Mitchell Watt was born at Port Elizabeth, Cape Colony, in 1892. As a 2nd Lieutenant, RAMC (Royal Army Medical Corps), he served with the 40th Field Ambulance, 39th Brigade, 13th Division, in Mesopotamia. Later he became a Colonel, and after that a Professor.
