Comprises Wroth's prose "Declaracion of the life sicknes and death of his dearest and most beloved wife" (ff.1r-3r), followed by his poetic "Sad encomion upon his dearest consorte Dame Margaret Wrothe whoe dyed of a fever at Petherton Parcke in the County of Somerset about midnight of the 14 daye of October 1635" (ff.3r-4v).
