Comprises of printed promotional material for a School of Art for art-workers, operating in conjunction with the Architectural Museum, [c.1851]-1852.

Administrative / Biographical History

Charles Bruce Allen (fl.1849-1854) was the principal and founder of the first school to be associated with the Architectural Museum. The school operated within the Museum’s first premises in Canon Row, Westminster, functioning from 1852 until 1854.
