Administrative / Biographical History
Lionel George Curtis (1872-1955) was a colonial theorist and historian. Details are given in the Dictionary of National Biography. The Round Table was an organisation founded to advocate the federation of the self-governing countries of the British Commonwealth. Its quarterly review, the Round Table, first appeared in November 1910.
