Contributing to the Hub

If you aren't already a contributor of Archives Hub, please take a look at how you can become a contributor.

Currently, there are three methods of contributing your descriptions to Archives Hub:

• If you already use a cataloguing system, you could export your data and send this to us.
• If your system already has an OAI-PMH endpoint set up, we can set up a harvest of your data.
• If you don't have a cataloguing system in place or your cataloguing system is not compatible, you can also contribute by filling in our spreadsheet template.

To make it easier to decide which option is best for you, we have listed the systems that we currently have successfully received data from below, and these link to the relevant pages for more information around contributing with data from that system:

• AtoM: through OAI-PMH or through exporting records

If your system is not listed above, please contact us and we can discuss whether we are able to receive data from your system.
