- Monday-Thursday: 10.00-17.00 (closed for lunch 13.00-14.00). Also available by appointment on Wednesday evenings until 20.00. The Institute is closed on bank holidays.

- The archive is free and open to anyone who wishes to explore the collection. The archive is situated with the library on the first floor of the Henry Moore Institute, on the Headrow, Leeds. To view the collections you must make an appointment in advance, as space is limited and the archive is often busy. It is advisable to get in touch at least four weeks' prior to your preferred date to visit. Please contact the Archivist to discuss making an appointment. The archive is free to use. When visiting for the first time you will need to complete a registration form and produce proof of your identity. The form includes our archive rules and by signing the form you accept these conditions.
