John Sharp of Cambridge, Butler of Queens' College, leaves to his sister Martha King a certain sum; he bequeaths to his niece Sarah Thompson a certain sum, if she predeceases him the money to be laid out in clothing for her children; to his manservant Thomas Copeman a certain sum; to his maidservant Elizabeth Battley a certain sum if with him at his death; he gives to his grandsons John Sharp, Thomas Sharp, Edward Sharp and Josiah Sharp a certain sum and to his granddaughter Jane Sharp a certain sum; the residue to his son William Sharp, whom he appoints executor. Witnesses: Thomas Winder, Thomas Hooke, John Wood. Endorsed in margin: 'Extracted by Messrs Bishops and Wheeler Proctors -Doctors Commons'.
