Acquisition Information
The volume belonged to William Appleton, possibly of Chichester (16th century). There are also inscriptions indicating ownership: 'Robert Lott', 'R. Stone 1770' and 'Samuel Sandars'. Bequeathed to the Library by Samuel Sandars, 1894.
