The British Library, London, also holds manuscript copies of 'A memorial concerning the coine of England', 'A memorial concerning a Council of Trade', 'A memorial concerning the East India Trade', 'A memorial concerning credit and the means and methods by which it may be restored', 'An essay on public virtue' (Ref: Harl. MS. 1223), and 'A Memorial relating to the Union between England and Scotland', 1705 (Ref: Portland Loan, Harley Papers xxxviii, ff 19-21); the Bodleian Library, Oxford University, holds a manuscript of 'Paris's Choise', 1670 (Ref: MS. Rawl. Poet 84 f33); and there are other manuscript copies of 'A Memorial concerning the Free Trade now tolerated between France and Holland', 1705, at the Public Record Office (Ref: C.O. 389/18), the Bodleian Library (Ref: MSS Nort. a3), and the British Library (Ref: Harl MS 6798(9)).
