Administrative / Biographical History
The Holyhead and North Wales Gas and Water Corporation Ltd was established in the late 19th century. Following nationalisation by the Gas Act 1948, the company came under the Wales Gas Board.
Arrangement
Arranged into two groups. Group One consists of company papers, deeds, material relating to provisional orders, financial, material relating to individual gas undertakings, printed material and miscellaneous; and Group Two consists of miscellaneous papers.
