Letters from Children

Series of letters from school children and teachers following visits from Hallworth to their schools. Hallworth regularly went into schools to run 'sharing sessions', involving children and their teachers in learning about storytelling and developing their own storytelling skills. Hallworth has annotated many of the letters with notes on the outcomes of the sessions, and copies of some of her replies are filed alongside the incoming correspondence. The files are arranged in chronological order.
