Scope and Content

John Waddington esq. of Ely acknowledges himself to be bound to Thomas Cole, yeoman, of Doddington, Cambs., for £281 eight shillings, the condition being that he and his beirs shall faithfully perform the covenants mentioned in one indenture of release of the same date. Signed by Waddington. Witnessed by Ellinor York and William Marshall.
