Administrative / Biographical History

Archibald William Kempson (1902-1976), civil servant and cyclist, was a member of the Essex Roads Cycling Club and life member of the Cyclists' Touring Club from 1948. This archive reflects his enthusiasm for cycling in the 1920s.
