Address: 35 Norfolk Square, Hyde Park, London W. To Mr Liddell. Thanks him for his congratulations and says that they are much impressed with the work of Fanny's husband. He is glad to hear that William is well occupied 'in these days when so many men are put aside and "shelved" against their wishes'. Discusses the Weymouth sewage works, nearly completed. Hopes to meet William, if he (Coode) visits Portsmouth.
