Comprises deeds and other documents relating to properties in Denbighshire and Flintshire, from the office of James, James, Hatch & Co., Wrexham.

Includes properties in the townships of Esclusham and Minera, in Denbighshire, dated 1578-1881, properties relating to Newcwys, Flintshire and the Nercwys Estate in Flintshire and Denbighshire, dated 1712-1785.

James, James, Hatch & Co., is an old established firm of family solicitors. It formerly operated under the name Bowen, Jones and Parry. The firm continues to practise at Priory Street in Wrexham, Denbighshire.
