Scope and Content

Thomas Dod of Whittlesford binds himself in a certain sum to Richard Turner of Thaxted, Essex. If Thomas Dod performs the agreement contained in articles dated the same day [Doc 458] made between himself and Richard Turner, the obligation is to be void. Witnesses: Edward Smyth, Mary Smyth, Richard Turner, junior. One seal is attached.
