Walter Gordon Gledhill, born at Burley in Wharfedale, Yorkshire in 1889, was a Private, later Sergeant, 2nd Battalion, Norfolk Regiment, and Sergeant, Royal Military Foot Police, serving in Mesopotamia, 1915-1919.
