Copy of an agreement detailing arrangements between Thomas Prest and Alice his wife, 'deforceants', and Richard Postell, parson of the church of Northflet [Northfleet, Middlesex?], 'plaintiff', concerning three messuages, lands, and rents in Whytton, Wotton, Histelworth [Isleworth], and Twykenam [Twickenham, Middlesex], summarising a fine between these parties. The Prests enjoy a life interest in property in Twickenham, at an annual rent of one rose, while other properties are wholly confirmed to belong to Postell, paying an annual rent of eight pounds for the same. Unattested copy summarising fine, possibly intended for enrolment. Endorsed '121', and with unidentified monogram.
