Scope and Content

'Collectanea de rebus celticis' by Sir Samuel Rush Meyrick. They include notes on the Celtic language; 'Nomina Cantredorum Wallensium' taken from Cotton MS Domitian A. VIII in the British Museum; a pedigree of the Lloyd family of Mabws, Cardiganshire; a transcript of a letter from John Gillies, Perth, with a translation by him of 'the Gaelic Chronicle of the Kings of Scotland'; a translation of 'an ancient Irish Poem entitled the thirteen wonders of Ireland, by the Revd. Jas Hely A.B.'; letters from Charles Roach Smith and F. Hall; and miscellanea.
