Scope and Content

Letter from the President, Major D. Lyman, and Council of the Scilly Islands, to the Duke of Leeds, on the letter of the Secretary to the Admiralty, who have done noe more than signify their displeasure with Lt. Charles Williams, of H.M. Hornet, for refusing to allow Richard Gahan to appear before the Scilly Islands Court in answer to a summons. Signed by D. Lyman (asking for the Duke's help).
