Clement Winstanley of Braunstone, Leicestershire releases to the Right Honourable Richard Rigby of Mistley, Essex, certain lands in the above parishes in his possession by Indenture of Lease dated the previous day, to him and his heirs to the use of him and his heirs for ever, except certain annual rents. Whereas Clement Winstanley has in his possession an Indenture dated 4 January 1733 relating to these and other lands: and whereas it is agreed that it shall remain in the possession of Clement Winstanley on his undertaking to produce it when necessary; Clement Winstanley agrees to produce it when necessary. Witnesses: Ambrose Reddall, T. Pares. On the back is a receipt for the consideration money signed by Clement Winstanley. Witnesses: the same. One seal is attached.
