Scope and Content

Rental of the estate of Calvert Richard Jones (d. 1782) of Plas House, Swansea, co. Glamorgan, and his son Calvert Richard Jones (1766-1847), consisting of the Swansea estate, 1776-1793, 1800-1801, and the Grey Friars estate, Cardiff, 1775-1779, which Calvert Richard Jones the elder inherited through his wife Elizabeth.
